Training Outdoors | The One Piece Of Equipment You Need

Getting outside of the gym and amongst nature is always a great feeling.

Training outdoors gives you the best of both worlds, nothing allows you to do this better than Gymnastic rings.

You can take them anywhere and no matter what your level is you can scale exercises on them to suit your current abilities.

If you’re looking for minimal equipment that is light weight & versatile all for under €50, then Gymnastic rings are  your best friend.

Above is me performing Muscle ups at 90kg bodyweight, a few reps in and my whole upper body is pumped.

If you think your too strong for bodyweight training then give the rings a go and come back to me.

You don’t need to do anything advanced on them like a gymnast, the simple movements will do just fine.

With summer almost here, I suggest you grab a set of rings, for Instagram likes make sure you are shirtless and in a cool location.
