Mobility & Flexibility that works | The Jefferson Curl
In my early years of training I paid little attention to my mobility & flexibility, I tried certain stretches here and there but the vast majority were all highly ineffective.
It is only in recent years have I found methods that actually produce results.
The Jefferson curl has been without a doubt one of my favourites and the most ‘bang for your buck’ exercise, this of course will depend on the person, their anatomy & weaknesses but it is certainly a favourite among my clients.
This is a gem in terms of posterior chain mobility, especially the hamstrings.
Remember to always place execution of the exercise or movement before the weight lifted, this even more important for the Jefferson curl as you do go into some compromising positions & ranges.
