Daily Mobility For The Spine
Does your lower back give you trouble?
Do generally feel tight, stiff & achy?
Do you spend most of your day sitting?
Are you behind the wheel on the road for significant portions of the day?

Two Exercises
1.) The Jefferson Curl
2.) Cat-Camel
They can be performed at anytime of the day; mornings, evenings, pre & post training. It should not be taxing, both are low intensity bodyweight movements.
How Many Reps?
3-5 sets x 10-30 reps for both should be sufficient to start.
