FAQ

1.) ''Will I look Manly & Bulky from all the lifting?'' 

No. Lifting will not make you look like a man. Women DONT have nearly enough testosterone to build so much muscle. The BULKY look often comes from have TOO MUCH body fat, thats where our nutritional protocol comes into play.

2.) ''I am a total beginner I don't I'm fit enough for the training''.

Don't worry about your current level, everything will be scaled to your level. It is OUR job to get you to where you want to be, so never be afraid of starting. All we ask for is commitment and had work.

3.) "Do you give nutritional support & guideance?"

Yes we provide a nutritional protocol designed to support building strength & lean mass while maximising fat loss. Nutrition is paramont to getting results.

4.) ''Whats the different between 'The Female Strength Project' and other training like TRX, CrossFit and Spinning?

The problem with other fitness programs is that every class can change and vary, you must be able to measure it and if you are doing something different everytime just to sweat then that makes it impossible. Our training is focus on producing a certain outcome, this GARAUNTEES results. The others dont.

5.) "How much do I have to train?"

The Program involves training 3 day per week for 45minutes. You don't need a 2-3 hour workout. If you are ACTUALLY training and not wasting time, 45 mintues is more than enough. Our program won't consume your life.
